How do I list on stayn.co.nz?
To list on stayn.co.nz is really easy, we connect to the vianet.travel network of suppliers and all our listing information, pricing and bookings are powered by vianet.travel's great free tools. You can find out all about Vianet over at www.vianet.travel. Once you list with Vianet, you will be instantly listed on stayn.co.nz and dozens of other sites.
How much does it cost to list?
There is no charge to have a standard listing on stayn.co.nz through Vianet.
When we receive a booking we collect the full payment in advance, via credit card, and then release the monies to you through Vianet's funds management system, which automatically puts the funds in your registered bank account, less the commission and the credit card fees. All the invoicing, cancellation policy management etc is handled automatically on the Vianet system.
The commission through Vianet is 12%, but this includes the credit card processing of around 3% that the banks charge. There are no membership fees so if you don't get any bookings then you don't have to pay anything. All you have to do is treat your guests to a great stay.
